How to make a filling salad?

1. Protein foods: legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas), meat, fish, eggs, dairy

2. Wholegrains: quinoa, rice, barley, buckwheat, couscous

3. Veggies: cooked and raw

4. Healthy fats: nuts, seeds, avocado

5. Extra nutrition: herbs, spices, nutritional yeast, citrus
