I have worked as a Nutritionist for over eight years, from disaster relief and humanitarian aid to private and corporate positions. I have always really cared about people and wanted the best for others. Growing up I wanted to help those close to me diagnosed with nutrition-related diseases and weight problems, friends with eating disorders and people around the world suffering from malnutrition. Nutrition was an obvious and exciting career choice for me, allowing me to help everyone. 


Currently, my time is split between London and Kazakhstan. In London, I work with private clients, volunteer with charities to provide free nutrition workshops and consult companies on improving their nutrition and sustainability. In Kazakhstan, I work for ESS Support Services as Head of Production, my role involves: recipe development, nutrition consultations and hosting talks and events.

I try to practice evidence-based eating. If I purely ate for my health, my diet would be 100% whole plant foods, oil-free, local, seasonal, organic, with: variation, a combination of raw and slightly cooked foods, a B12 supplement, and specific foods found to potentially reduce my risk of disease. However, for me, this just isn't realistic, as I love to enjoy a more relaxed diet, which of course includes: chocolate, bread and booze.
