ARE YOU QUALIFIED?

Yes, I studied Nutrition at Bournemouth University for three years, graduating with a first class honours. This was an accredited course, allowing me to automatically register with the Association for Nutrition: Gillian (Jill) Lucas BSc ANutr - 6144.

WHERE DO WE MEET?

Mostly, calls and online. I'm based in East London, with clients all over the UK. 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU'RE RIGHT FOR ME?

Nutrition experts include: nutritionists, dietitians, and nutritional therapists, all ranging from wonderful to not-so. It's about finding someone with knowledge and applicability, who you can work together with successfully. I always have an initial call with clients to check that we're a good fit to work with one another. I'm very aware that sometimes, the best way to help someone, is to point them in the direction of another professional.

HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay me via bank transfer or Paypal. I will send you my details when you have confirmed the sessions.

SHOULD I TAKE SUPPLEMENTS?

Supplementation can come in many forms, including powders, pills, sprays, injections and fortified foods. In my practice, I focus on better nutrition through food, with some supplementation, especially whole food powders.

      We will fill out my easy food diary over Whatsapp / email

      Book in a 1 hour call to go over your nutrition plan

6 - SUPPORT

     Plans include daily Whatsapp support and weekly calls

7 - ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

      Add on support packages of 4 weeks as you go 

DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW A SPECIFIC DIET?

No. I work with you to improve your nutrition, and create a nutrition plan with you based on your diet, preferences, lifestyle and goals.

CAN I EAT MY FAVOURITE FOODS?

Yes, of course. No foods are off limits. I advise on improving your nutrition through healthier food choices, as possible additions and swaps to your diet. 

ARE YOU THE BEST NUTRITIONIST?

I am very experienced and empathetic, spending a lot of my time learning about nutrition and other related topics. I focus on transforming your diet with healthier additions and swap, and work with you to implement this long-term, doing whatever I can to support you in the process: answering questions, providing further explanation, adapting recipes, making changes to your plan and really whatever nutrition-related resources or support that you need.
