1. COMPLEX PLAN:

OPTION 1: CALORIE CONTROLLED PLAN

This plan includes calories and quantities, I've separated these out as this takes longer to calculate

OPTION 2: HEALTH CONDITION-FOCUSSED PLAN

This plan includes information about nutrition-related to a health conditions and therapeutic eating

2. Daily support to fill out a simple 7-day food diary, favourite meals and questions: to be sent to me each day, with favourite meals and questions completed at any point.

3. I will send you a nutrition plan, which includes:

   a. Report of detailed nutrition advice to show you how to transform your diet to be healthier

   b. 9-day menus created for you for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks based on your information

   c. Detailed plan of action regarding habits to focus on adapting, foods to swap and add and helpful tips and tools

   d. Nutrition guide

   e. Weight management tips

4. 1 hour consultation: over the phone to go over your food diary and my nutrition advice, we usually choose 1 or 2 of the most effective habits to focus on for the next week. Please feel so welcome to ask any questions, ask for explanations and to request information in a different form. I really work to provide people with whatever they need.  

5. 6 weeks of support

I will be available via Whatsapp/Email to answer questions, remind you to send me progress updates, offer suggestions and tweaks to your diet, provide a food diary review and a 15-30 minute call/messages each week, and provide/create any nutrition resources that you'd like​

2. Support Sessions: We will decide on a goal for the next week, and book in a call for 1 week later. It's helpful to be intentional about this goal and record changes for the next week for us to talk about.

3. Support sessions provide further nutrition advice and support in changing your diet:

- Restaurant/Event advice to discuss healthier options

- Plateau advice to re-assess your diet if this happens

- Encouragement and reframing to be positive and progressive with nutrition

- Accountability and a dedicated person to discuss your nutrition and goals

- Nutrition resources and information that you may like or that would be useful to you
