1. Full plan plus one of the following: Option 1: calorie controlled plan - 1 week plan with the calories calculated using nutrient analysis software. Option 2: health condition-focused plan - 1 week plan with specific foods added to help a health condition

2. Fill out a 7 day food diary: I will email you a food diary to fill out to be returned before our consultation, ideally this should be 2 week days and 1 weekend day. Please fill out everything that passes your lips: meals, snacks, oils, butters, drinks.

3. Report of detailed nutrition advice and 1 week nutrition guide/plan: I will create a detailed report of your diet, and show you how to transform your diet to be healthier in line with your lifestyle and goals, and create a 1 week nutrition guide/plan for you using your food diary.

4. Book in a 1 hour consultation: over the phone to go over your food diary and my advice, please feel so welcome to ask any questions and to ask for explanations. 

5. 1 week of support: We will decide on a goal for the next week, and book in a call for 1 week later. It's helpful to be intentional about this goal and record changes for the next week for us to talk about. I will be available during this time over whatsapp / email to answer questions and provide further support.
